The MEP installations of the hotel were totally renovated in 2009.
State of the art technology and energy efficient solutions were implemented (geothermal energy, procommissioning valves, air to air heat recovery exchangers etc.) in order to reduce the operational cost of the hotel. 50% reduction was achieved!!
