ENERGY UPGRADE OF THE BUILDING OF THE MESSINIA ASYLUM FOR THE INCURABLE AND DESTITUTE

This is an energy upgrade of the 80-bed clinic, a building with an area of 2300m2 in Kalamata. State of the art MEP systems were applied. A new Heat Pump with Variable Speed Compressor, Dedicated Outdoor Air Unit with heat recovery and a new PV system with a capacity of 39.60kW. Improvements that place the Clinic at the top class of energy efficiency, which is very important for energy consuming buildings like Hospitals.
