The building was designed in the period from 2013 to 2014 with state-of-the-art E / M installations. Great emphasis was given to control, noise and energy savings. All hydraulic air conditioning is set with pneumatic differential pressure adjustment and preservation systems. The budget of the E / M facilities was 12.000.000 €.
