The complex comprises separate accommodations – luxury villas, central building with reception areas, spa, swimming pools, restaurants, conference room etc. and has 230 rooms. The complex belongs to the category of luxurious resorts.
The project was planned in the years 2017-2018 from our office as a final study.
The project implemented all modern technologies in order to work efficiently and consume the minimum possible power.
Cooling and heating of the complex are produced by geothermal heat pumps. As a result very high energy efficiency is achieved.
The MEP systems were selected in such a way as to render the complex as an A class energy category building.
It has also been predicted for the complex to have the potential to reserve the main cooling-heating machines, so that in case of failure of a machine, the complex to operate smoothly.
All the MEP installations are controlled and driven by a sophisticated automatic control system common throughout the complex.
