This is a state-of-the-art private 450-bed clinic in a 50.000m² building on a 60-acre plot of land, which includes all hospital departments. The building was designed in the period from 1998 to 2000 with E / M installations, that even today are in accordance to the latest technologies. Great emphasis was given to control, noise and energy savings. All hydraulic air conditioning is set with pneumatic differential pressure adjustment and preservation systems. The budget of the E / M facilities was 18.000.000 €.
