This is a modern private clinic with 280 beds in Thessaloniki in a 20.000m² building, which includes all the hospital departments. The building was planned in the period from 2008 to 2009 with pioneering E / M installations. Great importance was given to automatic control, noise and energy savings. The balancing of the air conditioning piping network is achieved by pneumatic differential pressure valves. The budget of the E / M facilities was 12.000.000 €.
